Marcus Hawkins-Adams Managing Director
Marcus brings a whole heap of digital experience to Isobar. His previous professional incarnations include Managing Director of Brave New World (NZ), Head of Interactive Media Development for international publisher Dorling Kindersley (the largest of its kind in the UK), and Head of Interactive at online agency Clever Media.

MinSun Kim Client Services Director
MinSun began her digital career in Sydney ten years ago. In that time, she has gained experience working across a wide range of clients in various sectors. She joined Isobar in July 2009 from Manning Gottlieb OMD in London, where she was online account director for over four years.
Adam Wade Digital Director
Adam has been the digital media director at Isobar since March 2008. Apart from enjoying digital media direction, he enjoys cooking, watching films and eating pineapples. His favourite time of the week is brunch-time on Saturdays. He likes hats, and is building up his collection. He hopes to one day learn to play the piano.

Fiona Harrop Digital Manger
Fiona has been at Isobar since July 2008. She likes to think she cycles to work regularly, but realistically only manages to do this once a month. Despite having been in Australia for over a year, Fiona still manages to scream and turn white at the sight of a spider or cockroach (do these not exist in the UK?)

Brendon Bennell Senior Account Manager
Brendon works across HSBC, and can be found formulating strategic, cutting edge, market leading, results driven, immersive and engaging digital advertising campaigns across multi-discipline, interlinked touch points with an emphasis on cut through and stickability. As evidenced, he enjoys meaningless advertising jargon.

Evan Clements Producer
Evan, the one with the nice socks, has been in ad production for the past seven years, originally in above the line TVC production. At Isobar since 2006, he has worked across clients such as HSBC, Hyundai, Stockland and OPSM. When he's not working at work, he can be seen enjoying Texts From Last Night, Wikipedia and Facebook.

Cindy Rudman Senior Producer
As project manager, Cindy is the link between our clients and our development team. With over 10 years experience, and having begun her media career as a developer, Cindy knows what is required to build a successful website - and thus can support our clients through the various stages of planning, development and testing, to ensure the best possible outcome.
Alexander Beech Art Director
Alex is no stranger to creative. He has worked with leading multinational and boutique agencies for almost ten years, working in both digital and traditional media on local and international brands, and his experience encompasses the entire design spectrum. Alex holds a degree in design, is an active member in the art & design community and also exhibits his work.

Natalie Connolly Interactive Designer
Nat is a designer and photographer, though not exclusively. Even though she is employed as the former, we do use her abilities as the latter whenever we can (like getting her to take the photos on this page, for example). Known for her 'Emily the Strange'-esque appearance, she has been fuelling her internet/photoshop addiction at Isobar since April 2008.

Tom McMullan Content Producer
Tom is the one with the curly hair and intermittent beard. He's been at Isobar since the start of 2008, writing copy, editing videos, and generally producing content for pretty much all of Isobar's clients. He is fond of writing, music, metaphors, Good Will Hunting and being called a 'creative'.

Claire Dean Social Media Producer
It was Claire's love of communication that led her to a career in PR - not just the parties. At Isobar, Claire spends her time blogging and tweeting her way into the modern world of social media. Her love of communication extends to her desire to communicate with other cultures - she speaks Japanese fluently (and French badly).

James Heywood Senior Developer
Originally from the UK (check the accent), James has been at Isobar since April 2008 after deciding to accept the exciting challenge of living in Australia. With seven years experience in the development of web applications - predominantly in .Net - and having achieved MCP status, James is now a senior .Net developer in the Isobar development team.

Ryan Jenkin Developer
Originally from Perth, Ryan now happily resides in Sydney, where he is constantly amazed at how frequent the trains are and how fast people walk. By day, Ryan is mild-mannered web developer for Isobar who builds sites in PHP and Drupal. He enjoys long walks along the beach, getting caught in the rain, and skydiving.

Daniel Tome Senior Developer
Daniel (or Danno) has been into this whole 'web thingy' (his words) since 1999. He's familiar with several web technologies, but mainly speaks Flash and PHP. Contributing to the distinctly international flavour of Isobar Australia, Danno - though born in Sydney - has lived most of his life in Buenos Aires.

Hilda Anderson Finance Manager
Hilda started at Isobar in September 2008. Having worked in (and having enjoyed working in) accounting her entire professional life with companies such as McCann Worldgroup, Brinks Australia, SEMA Group & Brambles Limited, Hilda is more than capable at ensuring we meet our deadlines. Find her in her downtime reading the Accounting Standards, or running after her kids.

Leanne Gostlow Assistant Accountant
Numbers are Leanne's world, so we're lucky to have her on board as an assistant accountant. Beginning her Aegis career as 'the face of Carat' (the receptionist), she swiftly moved to Isobar where she's been able to broaden her knowledge of the digital world whilst keeping our numbers in check.
